A team of Military Physical Instructors have designed a robust course to put you through your paces and target those problem areas. The day is broken up into hourly lessons on site, on the beach, or in woodland and include, sunrise treks, boxing, skipping, bike riding, Nordic walking, hiking, yoga, obstacle courses, dodge ball, volleyball, circuit training, wall climbing, core training, water activities and dancing to name a few.
Designed so that you never get bored, the objective is that there will be at least one thing you would like to keep up when you leave. New You Boot Camp have found that the majority of their clients have gone on to lose further weight once they have left the camp due to the tools they have learned there... which is the whole plan!
